Vendor Application

We offer two site sizes, with powered and non-powered options:

1. 3m x 3m (non-powered) – $200
    
2. 6m x 3m (non-powered) – $400
    
3. 3m x 3m (powered) – $300
    
4. 6m x 3m (powered) – $500
    

Powered sites are for operational needs (e.g. cooking). Power cannot be provided for charging personal devices. Please bring a portable power bank if you need to charge phones or small devices.

Each site comes with:

• 1 marquee
   
• 1 table
   
• 2 chairs
   

Extra furniture can be purchased:

• Additional table – $15 each
   
• Additional chair – $10 each
   

You may bring your own marquee if you prefer.

• The stall fee remains the same.
   
• Your marquee must fit entirely within the site size you book.
   
• If your marquee is larger than the chosen site, you must notify us during application.
